Jon Cross runs The Cross Wealth Management Group in Columbus, Ohio where he takes pride in the fact that, along with helping his clients build bright financial futures, he’s building a stronger community.

For Jon Cross, life as a Wealth Management Advisor comes with two key responsibilities, both of which he approaches with a deep level of seriousness (and some fun too):

1. Work and guide families in the Columbus, Ohio area to design financial plans that allow them to get the most out of today while also planning and preparing for their futures.

2. Coach and mentor professionals, sculpting them into becoming the next great financial advisors of tomorrow.

Whether Jon is working with a client or coaching a new financial representative, he always approaches those relationships with the same philosophy –– be willing to have courageous conversations –– conversations that might not always be comfortable but are imperative in achieving massive long-term growth.
